The only downside was that on two ocassions we requested room service and no one showed and we popped our request for breakfast in bed on the door for both mornings but again no one showed. | | |

| 08.04.2002 Kenneth Scarborough (New Jersey, USA) This IS a fine hotel. Our triple was perfect, bathroom and amenities just as expected in a good hotel. The excellent location made touring easy. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The Duke of Windsor Bar had a menu of American-type cocktails, the Manhattan not being on it. The bartender, when asked if he could make one, replied perfectly, saying, "Of course. Just tell me how." I did, and it was excellent. There is one caveat: the rear of the hotel faces one of those skinny alley/streets with several bars that make an open window impossible until sometime after 3 a.m. | | |
| 18.01.2002 ph (chicago) what a lovely place! rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and people who work there are the nicest! it was a great location too - we took a train from the ariport and it was just a five minute walk from the station and within steps of the Dam and other cool places. The hotel's breakfast was great too! I kept remembering it all the way back to the US as they served that yucky airplane food to us...would definetely recommend staying there! | | |
