Many of the rooms are located in the restored 17th and 18th century part of the hotel, with its original oak beams and rafters. The NH Barbizon Palace is quickly becoming a fashionable meeting place for gourmet dining. Breakfast, tasty snacks and daily specials are served in Cafe Babizon the more informal restaurant. The Barbizon Palace conference center is located in the historical St. Olofs Chapel which is connected to the hotel by an underground passage. Since its restoration, the 15 century St. Olofs Chapel one of Amsterdam's most unusual meetings venues has turned into a magnificent conference center. For small gatherings there are another 11 conference rooms as well as a fully equipped Business Center, which are located in the main building of the hotel.
